We send two separate inspectors working as a team for our combined building and pest inspections. An experienced building inspector and an experienced pest inspector. Providing you with two sets of expert eyes. Your building and pest inspector will both send you their reports within 24 hours.

We work 100% independently for our clients' best interests only. We have no conflicting interests with any agents, solicitors or conveyancers referring our services. We are proud to say that most of our inspections come to us through our satisfied client's referals.

We are happy to make all the arrangements for your pre-purchase inspections with your agent for you to save you time and effort. We welcome our clients to attend their inspections if possible and walk around with our building inspector. He is happy to discuss any defects and maintenance issues with you as he finds them. When he is finished, our pest inspector will then thoroughly go over all the pest inspection findings with you as well. 

If you live interstate or overseas our inspectors are happy to phone you after the inspections to discuss their findings and also again after you have received your reports.
