| Inspections |
We provide Inspection Agreements between our clients and ourselves outlining the type of inspection to be undertaken and also the scope of that inspection.
We are happy to make all the arrangements for the inspection with your Real Estate Agent for you.
Our clients are most welcome to attend the inspection to see what areas we access, we have nothing to hide.
After the inspection our clients can discuss any defects or maintenance issued identified directly with the inspector not a receptionist. |

| Reports |
All reports and inspections meet the current Australian standards 4349.1 & 4349.3 and are covered by Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
We compare the building with that of a similar age and construction (which has been maintained appropriately)
We report on any maintenance and repair issues that may be apparent at the time of the inspection.
Any significant damage or defect identified is included in the report with recommendations on rectification.
Digital photographs of defects and maintenance issues are supplied with our reports.
A professional and comprehensive report on the inspection findings is provided to our clients or their solicitor within 24 hours. Urgent reports can be made available earlier if needed. |
